Landlord shall carry out all required repairs in as reasonable time as possible in accordance to applicable laws, but shall not be liable to Tenant for any disruptions or inconvenience to Tenant as a result of damages or repairs or any claim that the Premises is uninhabitable (except to the extent of any non-waivable warranty of habitability provided by applicable laws).And he keeps arguing back and forth that they didn't cause the issue and contradicting himself by they don't do dishes v.s.

I actually thought the costs were too high as this is land. these are the standard charges that the title company charged for title insurance and admin fees.

@Steve Vaughan  just look back in history who got rich during the gold rush's  it was the vendors selling the pots and pans  .. same with wholesaling its not the one's doing it.. its those that sell the ideas or scheme's and those that provide the materials be it direct mail and or signs etc.. they get paid no matter what the success is.In my mind and its talked about a lot wholesaling the way folks think they should do it is a very advanced strategy that takes capital to be successful.. or being in the business as an agent.being out there on an island by yourself is pretty tough.. of course people fall into deals as well. if you look at the top wholesalers on this site..
