Aaron Hunt There are many people who have transformed this into their full time job but it does not happen overnight.

When I think of Glassboro and it's tremendous transformation, consider that there is currently $250 million+, possibly $350 million, of development taking place there.

Malden is going through a huge transformation, so even though it may have been considered rundown in the past, it is definitely on the rise.

(I'd also say offer a couple of options - for example, you've got one fee for consulting with owners to analyze if their unit is a good fit for STR, another for actually transforming it, etc.

I am not familiar with Ohio, but in California there is transmutation, which is the transformation of property from separate to marital.

I keep a few motor and start/run caps at my house, as well as nozzles and electrodes for the oil furnaces, a thermostat, and a spare transformer.
