Make some calls to an appropriate contractor for the basement beams and I would suggest doing some research on contractors in the area that might be able to use an infrared camera to see the extent of the damage behind the siding (loaded statement, I know, depends on severity of damage, type of siding, and if things are still wet if they are even able to see anything).
