Drive through East Memphis from Highland to Kirby through the Walnut Grove/White Station/Walnut Grove corridor, those are your good contractors and they have no desire to work in our space.I will obtaining a license to do work for other individuals next year as I realize the need for trustworthy individuals who will understand their are profits to be made in this space with good work, loyalty, honesty and transparency.

I've seen apartments (usually high rise, considered more of a luxury home) near US military bases are being rented out to Active Duty military members that are stationed there and they seem to be doing quite well.

You'll probably need to have some back flows installed too.A run of the mill FA panel is going to run $1500-7500 depending on how many contact points you need (read # of smoke detectors, pull stations etc), and then there is programming etc.
