The PMI, high taxes, and relatively high price-to-rent ratios (failure to meet 1% rule) have made it VERY difficult to find cash flow in a quality area with my current net worth.These struggles have sparked my interest in Indianapolis, although I have very little knowledge of the investing landscape in the city.

Hi AllI have recently started working for a company specialising in UK investment land.This sparked my interest in the property market and I can't wait to start building my portfolio.

The only problem is that passion (other than the occassional spark) has been gone for some time.The other kind, the success which is special, to me is when you complete a step towards a goal which means a lot to you.
