It’s all over the map.In general for nicer A-B properties over 200 units there are usually at lead 10-12 serious buyers competing.For smaller B-C properties it can be a couple dozen or more LOI and soft offers from people trying to wholesale depending on the market but usually only a 5 or 6 serious buyers make to best and final.I have found a deal or two with no competition but they are usually way overpriced and have been out for some time.What are you seeing?

I had B of A do that to me once in the past.Most creditors also monitor your credit reports through "soft pulls", so a change of address could show up there as well.
