I started my real estate investing about 3 years ago when i got my job as a nuclear engineer.

Because of the final difference (cash flow) it is very important for some investors to track ROI like a nuclear scientist tracking half life.  

Some employers are now requiring access to Social Media :gulp:  This would greatly disturb me that an employer would use these as a criterion for hiring - - Can't read a resume or interview???

We have been back working steady here at my office for about 3 weeks now and are closing loans again as the entities needed to do so are also resuming normal operations.

But let me tell you when you add that little pearl to your resume' dealing with investors it don't hurt !!!

Yes,  to LLC or not to LLC that is the question...Quick 10,000 ft. summary of our (my wife and I) real estate resume....For the past 11 years we have managed a singe condo.

You need to at least have some sort of resume in doing this kind of thing.
