The mother is part disabled and has the consumers protection act paying part of her rent ($400).

I have a feeling he is gonna get himself into some hot water, but I am sure it is nothing his mother can't write a check for and make it go away.Stay tuned for my next update on the drama.

I was planning on giving her the approval and moving forward to rent to her but my mother planted this seed in my head saying something seems off.
