Hello everyone, I bought an investment property (duplex) in Cleveland in October of last year and I am planning to transfer it to LLC owned by myself.

Now again to be fully transparent I have not funded anything for him in a few years as he has been able to handle his financial needs internally.

Is it preferable to transfer ownership to the LLC or consider a corporate lease arrangement for the existing property?
