The vendor may have to pay rent or share the revenue to place the gumball machine in a particular location.If the gumball machine owner can find a location with no charge for placing the machine and can secure the the machine against theft, the return could be substantial --- at least based on return on capital invested.

@Laticia Braxton  Laticia EXCELLENT adviceI get pretty frustrated with insurance costs.. as a new home builder we have builders risk ( theft fire etc)  G L  ( and one hurt and product liability for 10 years from Completion) then we have GC that I hire have GL... then the subs all additionally insure the GC... and we buy a 2 /10 warranty as REQUIRED by our GL carrier.. and we are REQUIRED to have our GC have 5 million ...

Added a bathroom in the basement and moved my room down there.I haven't done a lot of research in Brantford yet, but just from checking MLS every few days for the past year now, I've noticed places identical to mine selling for 25-35k more than what I purchased it for.

The person that I bought the 4 plex in Tucson from actually owns another identical 4 unit property right next to the one he sold me.So every once in a while I would see the guy as he fixed things and collected rents from his tenants.
