If so I would suggest using the peel and stick material that you can find at homedepot/lowes or any hardware store (Walmart may even have them) for the bottom part of the cabinet.

We got the necessary material by converting the existing wood doors on cabinets above a pass-through to glass (used stereo cabinet hardware) - as a bonus, this helped make the kitchen a lot more 'open'.

I would also recommend a couple hours/month at local hardware stores, just so you have a feel for material costs.For wholesaling, I would recommend taking a look at Beacon Hill, Rainier Valley, Columbia City.

I also make a profit on the materials, so you cant just write a check to the hardware store.

I have been hit in the wallet so many times now because of allowing dogs that it has become cheaper to wait for a Tenant without animals.

From the wallet it needs a better less costly solution, if possible.The previous owners created an outdoor sunroom so they had someone pour a concrete slab and put an enclosed garden style building over it.

I would say the "smart home" market has been pretty good on the custom home side of things and is now recently become more accessible to the average home owner as the original systems were wired and had very expensive hardware needed to operate the gadgets.That's all for now.Thank you all for reading I hope this helps and isn't to redundant from what others have said.Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions as I love  technology and gadgets and if I don't know the answer I'll be more then happy to seek it out.Derek
