The good news in my opinion is that picking any one of these things effects all the others, and when your life quality starts to inch up, its a rising tide that in turn effects everything else in a positive feedback loop i.e. making more aligned decisions, which effects your mood, which effects how you show up as a partner and so on. 

What are your feedback on that? 

I am thankful and looking for feedback from our professional tax preparers. 

We then also have a team of “coaches” that will help make sense of the numbers and provide feedback based on the data we have seen from hundreds of other successful deals before.Rehab: Another resource we provide is inspection report and rehab bid reviews with our construction coaches.

My concern is that if it breaks to a point where it needs to be replaced I will be stuck replacing it.I would appriciate any feedback!!
