I was not able to find any recent comparisons in the last year and since features and pricing change over time, wanted to share my research. 

@Dave Harlan They have an amazing product but your better off using a mortgage broker with a great reputation for customer service because they offer wholesale pricing advantages to their brokers and the only complaints I've ever heard about them have come from service issues on the retail side.

@Chris Brown One rule of thumb I highly recommend - never ever ever buy loans from wherever you get your training.

We changed fixtures and added an accent wall.

It has been a life changing experience.

We had to jack the house in order to change the sill as well as level the house.

Seems like a nightmare and not one I or most others would ever care to take part in. 

Seems attractive for building a vacation home or a small Bnb complex with multiple homes.Has anyone here ever sold land from other countries to people in the US?

Note: This all pertains to the 2022 tax year and I still have a W-2 job which is the main source of my income.Given I've only owned a rental for one year (also my first home ever) and I'm very new to rental-related taxes, I of course hired a "good" tax advisor/CPA to help ensure I stay out of trouble with the IRS.
