I just checked Google Maps, and apparently the development is in Hazel Green, just off the 431. 

The lady that bought them down was trying to buy an Island in Clear Lake CA that I had worked on with another developer in the late 70s and it could not be built on at all period.. she had this big dream would never have happened but Remington stole her 10k and she went on the war path..

Additionally, macroeconomics looks great - job growth, population growth, and lots of companies like Google, Honda, and Amazon are building and developing here.

I have heard of Baselane and actually have met with one of the owners and developers.

The macroeconomics has been amazing - growing population, more jobs, and major companies moving and developing here like Google, Intel, Honda, Amazon and many more.

Interestingly today I was at an open house and someone told me the way they do it is by developing a close relationship with the owner, even renting a room in the house for themselves, and managing the STR, spitting the profits. 

I work with a property developer, builder, and manager and we're looking to purchase GP interests in both states. 

Building small units in small counts is near the most expensive development and there is no way around this limitation.
