What are the best companies to sign up your properties with for insurance housing placements?

The concept does work and have had no issues with them as a company and yes their organization is reputable.

It will be difficult for you to learn how to manage rentals on your own, particularly in the most litigious corner of the world.I would consider working for a professional property management company if I were you.

Suzette,Stay away from any company that offers you a Loan modification or a foreclosure "Audit" and what ever new name they call it now a days.

Of course I did that.... before even posting on Bigger Pockets, but I'm not seeing anything specifically about this company, just a bunch of businesses with similar names that do construction.  

Just a quick tip -  you can leverage your existing network of title companies, lenders, and other real estate agents to find off market deals.

Putting an offer on a house in Virginia Beach and my buyers will likely be applying through United which is listed as the mortgage company.
