However it could be location,  Common area, size, laundry, tenant qualifications (in rough areas you are not going to get many tenants with unblemished credit), parking, look of surrounding properties, etc.   

The lease states that I may give 60 Days notice to vacate to the Tenant who currently occupies this unit. 

Hello, we sold a house and during the final walkthrough the buyers noticed the well pump leaking.

I'm on the Emerald Coast of FL (Destin - Fort Walton Beach) and I have noticed that there have been several investor developments, where an investor buys a property that also has some extra land and then adds tiny homes on the extra land to use for additional STR housing.

What are the most common challenges investors face in these neighborhoods, and how can they be mitigated?

Most homes are 15-20 minutes from the headquarters of the world’s largest retailer and have mountain bike trails in the common areas. 

As a region, the phrase “The Poconos” is linked to a wide variety of areas that have much of the same allure in common.

@Brandon Malone  I would not give them control of the lock since theoretically I think they could then lock you out on the codes without notice.
