More like "BS".Rather than a guru course, consider a coach instead - someone that can work with you PERSONALLY (even if it's over Skype) and over a period of MONTHS.  

No need ever to sign up for the coaching and or programs.

I checked with the FCA who regulate us and asked whether I would need to be under their supervision whilst being a wholesale real estate broker.The idea recently came to light after looking into doing some online coaching with a successful US Wholesale broker called Mark Whitten.Wondered if any of you had been successful in the UK with some deals?

He was fleecing money from people making false promises and providing a bogus coaching program that did nothing but drain peoples bank accounts of tens of thousands of dollars.On top of that his program was very limited on how to buy or broker notes.

I would coach them and follow up with them on their success of converting these leads, and we would split the commission.

In my travels and coaching, having buyers is cool perhaps if you're only wholesaling high equity deals. 

They try to get your credit card and financial info on the pretax of finding you funding without having to pull a credit report that might cause a ding on your rating, and supposedly with the opportunity for free deal coaching.
