It's really nice of you, but I have a feeling if you gave an inch, they'd take more than a mile.Here's the HEAP info for New Jersey (assuming the rental is in NJ):http://www.state.nj.us/dca/divisions/dhcr/offices/...There are also charities that will help if they are facing a cut-off, and some will pay their bill up to date once a year.
