Yet when governments step in to interfere in LL/Tenant contracts via things like eviction bans (which BTW I think is a bad idea) people on BP are up in arms!

Hello, I’ve read a lot about the assignment of a loan or about transactions like Sub2 - “Subject to” - but can someone explain to me how you bypass the ban on assignment specified in the loan agreement?

Here's what I've found so far:-AirBnB generally leans politically left (relevant in this case)-AirBnB has banned a conservative Canadian political commentator, Lauren Southern from the platform-Sometime today or yesterday, AirBnB sent a notice to the family members of Lauren Southern, notifying them that they are banned from the platform for being related to herGeneral attitude is that it is becoming somewhat Orwellian and consumers of all political leanings are uncomfortable with the actions that AirBnB has taken in this case.

It can be found in materials such as insulation, ceilings, roofing felt, floor tiles, cement, and even roofing shingles.Realizing this product has proven to cause cancer, it was banned in building materials in 1977.  

It bans solicitors from unwanted texting as well as phone calls to numbers registered on the federal government's do-not-call list.

However, that alone does not outlaw or ban short-term rentals.

. 🤬  Our illustrious Governor Nuisance extended the CA eviction ban to April 1st as long as the tenant has submitted an application for rent relief. 

We always have a Plan B and were able to pivot to long term renters and significantly over market rent once the momentum started moving towards the ban.Piece of advice, short term rentals in many areas will either become more and more regulated and/or completely banned in certain areas so make sure you have a backup plan should that happen.
