If you're paying them interest, you're probably going to need to fill out some kind of forms with the IRS anyway.I can't think of a legitimate reason someone would require remaining anonymous and use that much cash.

Also, if you're going to do bandit signs, it helps to put a website on there, because people are more comfortable anonymously going to a website to get more information than calling a number and potentially getting "hard sold".

The risk here is that you are buying from a semi-anonymous seller, so there is no trust and no relationship to fall back on if problems arise after the purchase.
