If I do decide to form a business how do I stay somewhat anonymous? 

I also suggest a drive-by so they are not unpleasantly surprised by the neighborhood when they to the showing, and just keep on driving by anonymously as I wait outside.

If you're paying them interest, you're probably going to need to fill out some kind of forms with the IRS anyway.I can't think of a legitimate reason someone would require remaining anonymous and use that much cash. 

In terms of anonymity, its a great tool but I dont see where the liability protection comes from.

Basically an anonymous poster is claiming he was paid 70% over spot because SLV could not deliver.

Insurance, equity involved, cost, complexity, anonymity, location, etc should also be considered in developing an asset protection plan.  

Also, if you're going to do bandit signs, it helps to put a website on there, because people are more comfortable anonymously going to a website to get more information than calling a number and potentially getting "hard sold".

The risk here is that you are buying from a semi-anonymous seller, so there is no trust and no relationship to fall back on if problems arise after the purchase. 

I'm thinking of using Gmail and Google Voice for the 5 unit building we're in the process of purchasing (offer has been accepted, we have financing) to keep some level of anonymity, but would like to know what everyone else's thoughts/opinions are on this?
