Milwaukee REIA, Brew City Meet Ups, and Apartment Association of Southeast Wisconsin are great groups to network with other investors with similar goals. 

But it is extremely hard to find that type deal in Southeast Michigan these days.Howell, is not a big city.

If you want a commercial tenant to buy a site not already entitled then generally the purchase price is much lower because of risk.What is to the north,south,east,west of the property for land owners?
