Super solid points on going ahead and getting licensed. it seems that the access and resources you get by getting licensed almost make it a no-brainer.To @Marcus Auerbach point though, as investors, have you found it simpler to simply outsource the agent work instead of first becoming proficient in being an agent or have y’all found it pretty simple to grasp on to?

We are very hesitant to let him do it, for prices have gone up faster in our area than the appraisers can grasp and we got a good offer.Does the buyer, by law, have the right to get an appraisal now that all contractual obligations have been met?
