It’s kind of a trope among the 20 somethings, pairing off just to afford the nice apartment.In Jersey it’s required that everyone over the age of 18 living in the apartment (sleeping over more then 7 nights a month) is on the lease regardless of relationship, and this includes adult children.Everyone is responsible for their behavior and care for the property.

FYI - Many of the direct writer companies (State Farm, All State, etc.) are probably going to require you to live in AZ or have a Home or Auto to pair with it.

Both courses I did I was pawned off on associates and one of the associates ended up quitting and I was never paired up with anyone else so wasn’t able to finish the course.

A few hundred bucks is worth it and lets your PM know you'll consult a different pair of eyes if needed. 

You have to own a strong pair of B**ls to live or do business around here.
