Looking at the way some of the previous comments are laid out it is like you would walk into a bank and just say you wanted a loan and they would just start pitching bricks of Benjamins at you no questions asked.One thought is to get a big HELOC on the current place that you can use to help facilitate future purchases or as a lifeline if something bad happens.
