Watch that the violations you cite in the eviction have to do with the drug use and unauthorized new tenants living there and not due to thespian concerns .c and d class neighborhoods are great places to make cash flow but unfortunately the tenants are usually low functioning “ unIque “ people and I can say that because that’s where I invest

The majority's opinion is that leverage is what allows you to grow your portfolio and equity, so get as much debt as possible, but of course watch the terms and cash flow.Once you choose your religion, assuming you choose leverage, you're looking for the funding.

The guy tried to avoid me, I walked up to him and said hello, so I know it's him.What was common in these cases is the bookkeeper did 99% of the day to day operations with no one watching over him.Now, I haven't commented on costs.

Here's what I did to get out of analysis- paralysis ( but I'm not recommending you to do the same) : I stopped listening to podcasts, watching investment videos and solely focused on making offers that made sense.
