This pushed me to work hard and get good grades in school and just recently a year ago graduated from the University of Memphis with a business degree.

During my four years of university, I want to attend local real estate investor meetups and "get connected."

In the 1980s I rented (not owned) a house in Seattle and quite successfully sublet a room (with the landlord's permission) to medical school graduates (MDs) who were doing their externships with the University of Washington Medical School.

I’m not a negative person but.... enrollment at WIU is way down the university recently demolished one large dorm tower.

I wasn't expecting such a warm welcome considering I am a newbie but what I have received thus far has made me much more comfortable in getting more involved.
