Are there any big companies or industries close by that will attract tenants to this area?

This will always be the case as REI is an ever evolving industry. 

It's an exciting time to be involved in the real estate industry.

We're interested in a place to live that breaks even with 3 units rented, has some value to add and is relatively clean in an area good for raising kids (no ghetto/near industrial, etc)  We have about 100k of skin.What are some areas worth focusing on?

Every other industry is passing those costs on directly to the consumer. 

What people dont realize is that how fast these AI thing create turbulences in tech industry and creating the mass layoffs of 2023 ; while at the same time reducing the office needs as well.Google just decided not to expand new office in north bayshore in palo alto because they're the first company threatened by AI and has to layoff people.
