I know that doesn't sound good but I do know other owners in their that do not have any of these issues so I'm chalking a lot up to the fact that the screening wasn't tight enough (I was not involved in this).

On my subs, I do have timelines plugged in, a week's work, i give him 2, on a 3 week contract, I give him 5, after his deadline is due, it is 2% a day of liquidated damages of the contract.

The LA called me up a few days later asking for highest and best and mentioned the deadline was the following day at 1PM.
