I'm not suggesting that you not look into ALF, but recent events has really ripped the roof off (literally) on the business model and difficulty for owners and managers providing for residents AND the resulting law suits that will follow when bad things happen.It would be my guess that business E&O, liability insurance will reflect these newly visible realities.   

Hi folks, i’m having quite a bit of difficulty finding an available accountant to help me with my rental business.

I think the difficulty is always to predict what the market will be when you sell may be after 3-6 months but it is important to track the market you are flipping in so your values are accurate.

Took me a while as I was on the phone with my insurance agent.So far, I did not experience the difficulty of insurance.

I did all of this quickly as any young kid who is technologically able could, and the company controller who I was working under was impressed by my speed of completion.

I don't like technology and would rather spend my time interacting with clients.

Replaced modem at xfinity too which solved lots of other technology issues. 

That's really difficult when you're just starting out.What's not so difficult is having acceptable credit, and in this economy, that makes another solution viable.Get a credit card with a high balance and no membership fee and do not use it.

In a way I'm grateful for what I've gained through the difficulties brought on by those mistakes.

It is funny that they are supposed to be technologically savvy, but in all honesty they aren't.
