@Delbert Standifer I just purchased a SFR in Carson, hoping the mall development and Victoria Park sports complex gives the city a boost. 

UTSA is within a 15-minute drive (plenty of students' families visiting and sporting events). 

In Tampa, you have STR travel based on education tourism (USF & UT), medical tourism (some of the best hospitals including Baycare and TGF) and sports tourism (Bucs stadium & Lightning arena).

Syndication is a contact sport you learn by doing for the most part; not by reading books.  

But developing in the Mission these days is a blood sport...or akin to giving up your first born...I miss the good ole days in the Mission :)

They recently purchased Sprout Creek Farm, just announced a $2 million addition to their sports facilities, and just last month opened 5 brand new dormitories.

Then there are the winter towns Windham and Hunter which draw winter sports in the the colder months and Kaaterskill falls hikers in the summer.

RE is a team sport.
