The top agents usually have an admin or someone to help shoulder the burden.

No HOA looking over your shoulder.

Nothing like rubbing shoulders with those in the trenches.

I am thankful for BP because:Rubbing shoulders with the many of you already doing what I want to do is giving me the courage to get started.

Usually a lot of other investors, agents, lenders, etc. all hangout in similar networking events and brushing shoulders with them will give you an immediate leg up instead of just engaging on BP. 

When a tenant is in arrears, they should be checking more frequently ... and they should have never allowed them to get "several months" behind.IMHO, the PM company should be embarrassed about dropping the ball and offer to shoulder some of the pain (if they have in-house trades/staff, they could provide the labour at very little cost to themselves).  

And ~ I hurt my shoulder, being careful and all.  

At first I had a hard time trusting -- the prices it set for high-demand periods seemed impossibly high, and the prices for low demand shoulder seasons seemed way too low. 

Dude's got a good head on his shoulders & appears to know what he's doing.
