Non-judicial foreclosures involving junior federal tax liens are governed by another section of the US Code.

As of right now the most complete and useful section is running from Rural Hall down to 421 past Walkertown, effectively linking to 40 and giving drives a massive shortcut to use now.

I would then send a lease violation notice aka notice to correct indicating which lease section they violated and that they need to refrain from disturbing others as the corrective action.

Hey everyone, I am curious if anyone has experience with section 8 properties and can advise me on how to get into the space and do things right. 

I currently own a MHP and I'm tempted to create a section dedicated to Tiny Homes especially since I already have the infrastructure in place.

A lot of older low income single tenants I've noticed are eligible for things like SNAP and a variety of other government benefits which at least in my locale can be given to them much faster than they can be gotten to the front of a section 8 waiting list or senior housing waitlist.   

Code section 280A defines personal use of a real estate property, and it doesn't allow deduction of expenses for personal use space because it's considered to be your residence rather than rental property. 

At first we thought this might come in as residential and our plans were big subdivision with small commercial center at the corner of Evergreen and Jackson school road.. but the Hillsboro long range plan and the state and the chips act has changed that as with our 117 acres and the props to the north we total around 350 acres that can be easily developed and that's what big companies are looking for..
