@Krystle Padilla : I agree with you that Airbnb has developed a very strong brand and that they have positioned themselves and probably already are the leaders of vacation accommodations (Hotels included).

Network your way into the industry, cold call the leaders in the field and ask them questions, do your research then make a decision.

What I would suggest if you are trying to use your realtor license as a career,  is to latch onto a successful team leader at a brokerage.

The bosses, themselves the Party leaders, have anointed many of the minor politicians and bureaucrats.
