Just turn the AC off dumbasses.We've had complaints in the past, mainly in the summer, so you wander over to check the house and find it as cold, if not colder than the refrigerator.

As a side note regarding craigslist: I once purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator all for $125, put the washer and dryer in a rehab and sold the refrigerator by itself for $175.

I went with 3 options for the recent duplex:- Option 1 = base rent, no appliances- Option 2 = base rent + $25, stove and refrigerator- Option 3 = base rent + $50, stove, refrigerator, W/DOne unit wanted option 1 and the other unit went with option 3.

I had a situation recently come up where a property's refrigerator's (actually just the freezer side's) compressor died.The earliest a new refrigerator could be delivered was a Monday (within 3-hour window of time that would be communicated the night before).
