This was not my initial reaction when I got into real-estate, but it's been the best realization I have had since I started investing. 

And yes, most Airbnb stays won’t mess the neighbors up, but it only takes a couple strongly negative experiences for someone to have a strongly negative gut reaction.

When I say you are behind the algorithms, you the day trader are trying to do the same thing the computer is, but you will likely have delayed information, slower reaction times, and the computer will make math based decisions 100% of the time, not to mention the computers that do this are right next to the NYSE and have maxed out their internet connections so that they can beat out other trading computers.

While these are deals retail clients don't have direct access to, you can imagine my reaction when learning about a $330,000 studio in what I think is a wrong location for a studio.Even with the competition in places like Aldea Zama, an investment there would be much more profitable I think.That's my two cents.
