Taking her to court sounds like a losing proposition.

The value proposition just isn't there.Beware of "guru" products. 

Special Form Coverage including Earth Movement and Flood (since we have a large number of properties both of those (excluding CA EQ) can be added for a VERY nominal charge, so most add it on to all policies, it is an all or none proposition though).3.  

There seems to be a huge regional spread in terms of how attractive (or not) S8 is - in some parts of the country it appears to be a true win-win proposition, while in other parts, the authorities are so restrictive (both in terms of inspections AND in terms of "rent control") that it simply doesn't make sense anymore.

Opening a business isn't such a crazy proposition either because retail rents are lower etc. 

Building new commercial retail is a losing proposition in a lot of markets around the U.S. these days. 

My proposition to the BP community:  What is the best way to answer this question when posed by a non-REI?

Trying to break other people down to benefit yourself or showcase your ability is a losing proposition in my book and overall horrible quality as a human being.
