If you simply want to pay your loan off as quickly as possible so you do not want a "pause" on your loan.

If most people end up pausing and waiting you might find that now was the best time to invest.

So when I see that, I kind of pause.

What is there to approve at that point for you or what gives you pause that makes you think that you wouldn't approve someone that meets the written criteria.
