Before the leases end you will deliver your new lease or a notice of non-renewal.

It worked enormously well and I was able to deliver some pretty incredible returns. 

Does written mean actually mailing a letter to them, or can I just print a letter - sign/date and hand deliver?

I would love to answer that.... there is no "going rate" for tenant placement other than measured against what a person/co. is doing and delivering in their tenant placement.
