I can only provide advice for future applications: Cozy and smartmove both can be configured to require tenant pay fees for running their credit/background via credit card before any reports are generated for landlord.

However several of these near me have converted to credit card machines. 

When I finish filling the last property I will be bumping close to 10k profit a month from them. ( after I pay off some credit card debt I used for my business) Since I have rolled most of my profit back into the business and doing rehabs etc I don’t have strong tax returns.

No money crypto, baseball cards, stamps, coins, skateboards, bikes. 

I would like to mail a letter or possibly a post card.

Both properties are under 100K and i have roughly 15K in cash and another 10K credit cards available.  

Fortunately, I've never had to take out student loans or apply for a credit card in the past; unfortunately, this leaves me in the position of having zero credit whatsoever, it's not bad, it's just that I don't have any at all.Is it possible to get any type of FHA loan without credit?
