The fideicomiso is valid for 50 years and renewable.Why many people misunderstand and therefore have issues with the fideicomiso, it's actually a plus, as it provides "free" asset protection because it's the name of the bank that's on the title.It's noteworthy that, if ever the bank you chose to do the fideicomiso was was filing for bankruptcy, your property will fall out of the bankruptcy and you're therefore protected against that risk.

Don't misunderstand what I am saying..............for some Austin is still an investment possibility but not for you Yes the young couple trying to buy their first property and are currently renting in Austin, yes it may make sense for them to buy maybe a duplex and cut their living expenses.

I don't understand how that implies I'm trying to break a law rather than see if there are ways that cities allow you exceptions to the rule or to see if there are things in the law I'm misunderstanding.
