I lived at Silverado for the decade of the 90s and loved it.. but boy when I go back to visit my mom who still lives there unless I want to come in through lake Berryessa the back way traffic is a night mare and forget about taking 37 to Marin county ouch.. so that was a place in time I get to cherish Napa before it became grid lock.. :)

I'd also put a bit in the stock market (Roth IRA) and just let it marinate.

I'm not sure if all species have that trait  but it's something to watch out for.

Menard's carries things the others don't (marine plywood, mobile home skirting, etc.), so they can be a good resource.

The market is steady right now and the Marine Corps is growing in size meaning Camp Lejeune will be gaining more residents.

I left home in 2004 and joined the Marine Corps straight out of high school.

I wouldn't spend more for a better species hardwood, say maple or cherry over oak.

You need to be very careful dealing with these folks who have notice of foreclosures, they are a protected specie and you'd better know the laws.
