Spoke to 4 roofers and 2 gutter guys, and they said no, we don't have anyone who is going to be able to tackle this.On the other hand, I have worked with contractors where I have iron clad contracts with all the details noted, a  nd came out of the job unhappy and felt taken advantage of.Last year I had a demolition job.

Overall they didn't think to go the short sale route and I'm still fairly new to investing to know how to tackle all of these types of situations.

LLCs can be set up quickly so you may wish to front load your research and identify your team(s) in each market of interest, and then tackle corporate formation based upon your geographical interest, desired financing approach, etc.

While you’re young and have the energy, you could probably tackle a purchase and debt pay down at the same time, but I’d have some concerns.

I have a 6 figure income and a 750-800 credit score depending on which credit reporting agency its checked against.This feels like a good problem to have but i don't know how best to tackle it - ultimately 2 properties at > 1% rule and about 40k in equity when the dust clears is my goal.Just looking for advice on how best to proceed.
