Those who think it's gray are just confused, ignorant or uninformed.As for what the property is worth if the developers are offering him that much then it is in fact worth that much.

Precast will run you around $18- $22 (in my region) per sq ft of wall area for just a plain gray insulated panel with a light sandblast finish.
