Also, the model unit had built-in air conditioner but his unit had big stupid air conditioner. so everything was different than the model unit.and today he said that there was a homeless sleeping at the hallway on his floorso they refused to show him the unit that he already made contract and no one is living, but the unit condition was terrible unlike model unit. is this legal?

For me, that means spending on the things that make a place feel like home: really nice bathrooms and kitchens, and saving on the things that make the home less profitable: stone coated steel roofs, hardwood floors and the like.

For everyone here who believes in Jesus and the Christian bible, would you agree that Jesus (and God) would have been the biggest supporters of Universal Healthcare.I'm fairly sure that if Jesus existed, he would NOT have walked past a homeless guy and said, "Nah, you're a good-for-nothing deadbeat, you don't deserve any help from me...I didn't die for YOUR sins, you lazy immigrant."

It's because homeless folks are able to find non-working RV's for next to nothing and then live in them at vacant properties and even on the street.RV and camper storage is another matter.

Every time I hear someone’s story on the Bigger Pockets podcast, they always say they took a huge risk and now own xxx amount of properties. 8 years ago I used to be homeless living in a abandoned house for over a year not knowing where my next meal will come from.
