I have had calls about fights, noise complaints, and people doing gymnastics in a top units. 

My conversation starter here is regarding what you implement to distract from the noise that makes you focus on executing on things that don't matter (i.e. irrelevant and seemingly important tasks that consume your day.)Excited to meet everyone and share info on the STR and vacation rental world and how to make everyone's financial goals a reality! 

With that said, do i have grounds to file a complaint for noise?

I am looking at Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, but I need to make sure the downstairs owners don't complain about the noise. 

But if not, we only live once and while we always think "it'll be better when....." we only get one chance at life so don't spend it grinding away at something that doesn't fulfill you in anticipation of "some day" being where you want to be.  

I thought once Airbnb settled the request there wouldn't be any additional "noise"? 

Making money is a grind no matter how you do it.

We've been happy with the noise level so far, but I can see if we had loud or young neighbors, it could be an issue through the walls.

Old owner told them, they should pay for that, but they are making a lot of noise and resistance.

@Josh E.Home Depot (and probably Lowes) just have a list of local contractors they farm the work out to and they tack on a markup and/or grind the contractor's price down a bit.
