I sold another 750k SFR last oct for cash.and even here in PDX in the community of 23 homes we are building right now I have 2 cash buyers out of the first 6 sales.. just about fall out of my chair every time that happens.pre 08 its was zero down LOL> some of the folks wont deal with VA .. but we feel its our moral obligation to accommodate our service men and women so we do accept those.. and of course we get a few FHAs but most are conventional..
