I think he's just slow, loses focus, doesn't live up to commitments, distracted, unreliable.

@Joshua Dorkin I am going to continue building relationships, increase my knowledge, avoid distractions, and keep my motivation as high as possible.

I'm not usually on social media too much to begin with anyways since I only ever viewed it as a distraction growing up.

Don't get distracted by daydreaming and don't spend too much time reading/thinking/worrying about how to do steps 15-20 if you're still on step 2 or 3.

Dont now if you should distract yourself while in college but if you can handle the school work and learning RE at the same time then good luck!!

There are many choices: wholesaling, flipping, buy/rent/hold, office, retail, development, multifamily, etc.There will be many distractions that come across your desk, but once you know what category of real estate investing you want to pursue you need to put the time in to be the expert.Since you commented here on my post I will take the liberty that you want to pursue apartment investing.Next question you need to ask is - Why Apartments?
