You will always be disappointed with your decision.Personally I would terminate based solely on the daughter being a illegal tenant if allowed under your state regulations.

I have 10 years to go and I much rather get out and play in the real estate world however....I know for a fact that 10 years down the road I will see my peers and where they are at in their careers and get be very disappointed...I am going to try and stick it out for the last 10 years and during that time buy houses along the way.
