I've been finding the foreclosure / pre foreclosure site but not owners who still own the property. 

They only owe about $270,000 on a 1st lien that dates back to 2021 which is at 2.875% Interest and will remain at that FIXED Interest rate for 4 more years.

Has anyone used this site for screening?

I looked at the city's sites about rentals and I didn't see anything that would benefit new STRs.

But was hoping there might be a Savvy one that is already a member on the site.

Before you go hiring someone off some site, see if there are any neighbors with kids.
