I NEVER use my funds on a customers project , I work with their money .

A lone handyman working out of the back of his truck usually has no insurance and also doesn't have a customer service department. 

My customers with financing are breaking even nearly every year.

Obviously the price point is dramatically lower than custom ordering to spec but if it's junk I'd rather not be burdened with replacing it again in the near future.Appreciate the feedback, thanks!

As you go there, on normal days, they will not sell you direct carpet and pad only, they know if customers know the real price of carpet, they will just buy the carpet without installation.
